Celebrate Independence!

Story...

Back in February, I challanged my friend to draw something he has never seen on a whiteboard during a 2-minute Quiz Bee intermission. Although I have seen ponies already, I hav enot seen this pony.

After 4 months, during my summer vacation, I got bored and Independence Day is my last day of summer. I recalled the events months ago, then, as if my friend knew what was going on. He requested me by e-mail and told me to make a vector.

So... Here it is!
